Okay. I get why Marty is screaming (He's never seen an anthropomorphic cat before)
but, WHY is Kitty screaming?? It seems hard to believe that she'd
take Marty out of the DeLorean WITHOUT actually looking at his face, or anything like that.
(NOTE: This isn't Criticism, just an observation.)

Let's assume Marty's scream caught Kitty by surprise.
To be honest, this was actually done before I started film studies in college. Back then i couldn't produce a proper story without potholes.
I can't even look at this withoutΒ cringing.

You could always do a Revamp, like some artist sometimes do
(I believe on DA, they call it a "Draw It Again" challenge, or something.)
Regardless of the errors, It's still a good comic to look at.
And, I indeed consider myself a fan, DESPITE being a KittyxDudley shipper.

Aye, I could. But I'm not really into the Team Flux stuff anymore.
Nowadays, I'm focusing on more original projects like Breakout Stars and other side projects.

Then, I presume you won't mind if fans do their own versions,
or someone who takes it seriously takes over the fiction for you
(you know, like how Marvel and DC titles do.)
OR, maybe you'll just be like I am with projects.
You'll work on other things, but then Eventually go back to an old one.

I'm mostly into doing new projects and occasionally doing something old for the sake of Nostalgia.
You know, recently I did thought about remaking Team Flux, but change the story a little and replace Kitty with Sally Acorn and Ace Hart with Crash Bandicoot etc. But I realised that most people will most likely prefer the old members and hate the new ones, thus disapproving with the new version of Team Flux.
Here's the dilemma. Some people like the old Team Flux, but I don't want to do the old Team Flux. And I quite fancy remaking Team Flux, but fear rejection. It feels like a no-win situation.

As an Artist, you should draw/write what interests you, and makes you happy.
And, yes. that also includes trying new things, or tweaking what's already been done.
I've gotten around the whole "Fandom Wars" thing with these two words: Parallel Universe.
Just dub your revamp as an AU that isn't canon with the old.
Thus maintaining the original version, while having the new version it's own separate entity.
I mean, you use Marty McFly as a main character.
BTTF has always been about Alternate Realities, and such.
You should be free to experiment without fear of being judged
(Who knows, you may just get new fans with this revamp??)
As I stated, I write different versions of the same story all the time.
and, my fans have accepted that it's just a different version, and not a replacement.
Just a suggest from one Artist, to Another.

You know, an alternate non-canon version might actually work. I don't know why I never even thought of that that way.
I'm still working on another original project, but If I've got the time, I'll might give it a shot and see how I go from there

Don't feel too bad, most overlook how simple AU's make everything.
I only knew of it early on due to my exposure to Marvel and DC.
and, how "Parallel Earths" was used as a plot device to simplify things.
(EX: Earth One, Earth-2, Earth-1610, New 52, Flashpoint, and Age of Apocalypse.
Β Β Β Β All alternate realities for the same characters and storylines.)
And, if it works for THEM, then it can work for 'us.'

I figured that when Marty crashes the Delorean upon arrival , the Mr Fusion chamber could be damaged.
But through a communication screen in the car, Doc tells Marty that since the Delorean's Flux Capacitor can no longer be powered by the damaged Mr Fusion or plutonium, his only hope of powering the Flux Capacitor is a lightning bolt that's due to strike the TUFF HQ antenna.
What do you think of that?

Well, I'd like to make it so the rest of the agency knows that Kitty just quit, and they don't know ANYTHING about Marty or the DeLorean. So, it would happen after closing time at TUFF, and Kitty and Marty would use a step-by-step process that Marty picked up from 1955 Doc. Only here, no tree branches would hinder the process.
After getting it set-up, both Kitty and Marty get into the DeLorean, and speed off to the wire as soon as the bolt struck it.

Hmmmmm. I'm not sure.
I think after 5 seconds of screaming, Kitty would ask ask Marty what he is and where he came from. After that, Marty should ask Kitty where HE is, and Kitty should explain HER side of the story, as well as how she used to be an agent of TUFF until she quit because her peers weren't giving her enough respect.

I think Kitty should bring out her blaster making Marty beg not to be shot (After all, Kitty is the startled type when it comes to unexpected surprises, like in Operation Happy Birthday). A few seconds after seeing Marty flinching, Kitty then starts asking the questions leading to both of them explaining their stories.
