Description
A concept design for the mysterious leader of the extraterrestrial rebels against the oppressive of Earth.Her real name is Estella O'Ryan (A take on Orion), but donned the name "Libra" after herΒ unilateralΒ exhale at the hands of a certain Solar Security captain.
Her design is roughly based on my Deb Burchard character, but was also inspired by Ripley from the Alien Films and Valka from how to Train your Dragon 2
