A remake of Breakout Stars Villainess OC Queen Taranarch. breakoutkid.deviantart.com/art…I still regard Earthworm Jim's Queen Slug-for-Butt, and Aladdin's Mirage as the main inspirations behind the character. But newer influences were taken into account. Such as Cosma from OK KO: Let's Be Heroes and Emerald from Steven Universe.
I decided to change her head design by giving her a more squared and thin jawline, changing her skin to a grey complexion for an almost retro-alien-look, adding snake-like slit, and swapping her original headgear for a tiara and thick spiky hair pointed upwards.
As for the body, I changed it so that all six legs on the ground instead of four down and two under her arms. Then I thought I'd add a scorpion tail that can act as a third arm and mostly a deadly stinger. The Queen's outfit was also changed to have gradient between pale pink and dark wine. Mostly on the arms and tail.

For some reason, she reminds me of Medusa from Clash of the Titans, albeit as a scorpion.

You know a big war with her can be the main cause of the alien/human conflict, especially if the other aliens governments did not help stop her. ther actions was base on the believe the humans would lose the war, hey did not. After said war humanity would highly resentful and more xenophobic factions will gain more influence. Even the conflict between Libra and Crass can have an origin in the war base on there experience. Crass having to deal with alien crooks and cowardly politicians would lead him that earth has to take over in order to save the galaxy. Libra on the other hand having work with alien refugees and mercenaries saw the potential of working with them, that they be a great addition to their ranks(their governments not so much).

well there has to be some reason the alien didn't united against the humans. I figure that a civilization collapse would be perfect. It gives Crass a fig-leaf reason to invaded other worlds. But I see your point, how about an empire instead.

You're right about most of the parts, except for the alien government angle. Maybe this alien government could instead be a small council lead by Libra, leading the alien refugee colony. leading alien rebels. The same council that Taranarch could be expelled from due to her more evil intentions that would demonise aliens further in her eyes of earthlings. She could secret build an army and have Ominous as her agent in amongst the council.
The origin is good. Just needs a little more tweaking. Like maybe have Craas undermine the Earth's president so that Earth can spread out further onto other planets, forcing aliens to leave. The idea for the guy is that he thinks protecting earth from invaders isn't enough, but thinks invading other planets before they (in his mind) invade earth would solve the problem.
Anyway, for now, this is all just ideas thrown in. It's not the final project yet, so there's plenty of time to add or change bits of the story now and then. Appreciate your suggestions, man.

sorry for the late reply, The alien government I was taking about is separate form Libra group. It fell long before the rebels were form and was cause by three main factors. First it was lacking a formidable militarily force, the lack of side force it to relied to much on there members world to subsidies it force. This led to the second problem, some of the most powerful worlds started running there sectors a personal serfdom's. The imbalances created rotted the government and cause widespread corruption. The final cause was a failure to created a National identity, there was little binding the member worlds together. Many saw themselves as citizen of their world first and their star nation second. So went the going got ruff or saw a better option, they left.
