Meet Mr. Cosmo, Alan O'Ryan's boss and owner of Cosmo's Comic Store.

Characterwise, He's sort of a clumsy but laidback and well-meaning middle-aged guy with a fondness for collecting sci-fi merchandise, watching pro wrestling and offering wisdom based on past experiences. While he is somewhat looked down by by upperclass townsfolk, Cosmo will do anything to help his closest friends, wether from Earth or Outer Space.

The inspiration behind the character is mix between Greg Universe from the Steven Universe series as well as WWE Hall of Famer and Hardcore Legend Mick Foley. (Hence the bushy hair, beard, flannel shirt and sweet pants. )
