Description
Some doodles of a new character for the Breakout Stars story. A plump and clumsy but vindictive scientist who works at Solar Security and is Captain Craas' devoted right hand man, confidant, and handyman.I don't really have an official name for the guy just yet. I'm going through titles like "Dr. Nitro Jim" or "Professor Newt klear".

This guy should be more like an alien scientist. It's just a thought.

Well, the reason why he's human is to have him to have him support Captain Craas' secret distain for Animal Aliens getting attention. Kind of like Darla Dimple and Max from Cat's don't dance, only their opposition is not only animals, but one of their own kind (Artie) who is willing to help them and expose the Captain's Prejudice.
