I've probably watched that trailer over 10 times by now. It looks soooo good.

Prometheus is a prequel to Alien set in the same universe that focuses on the Space Jockey's origins(the alien guy in the chair). We won't be seeing any xenomorphs but there is suppose to be traces of Alien "DNA".
