BECAUSE I MUST APEAL TO ALL FANS SO I DON'T LOOK INSANE and it depends on the artist but in general BB has less lines under his eyes and his hair isn't as wild as L's, it's more straight and it curves out on the ends. And of course he has the signature Shinigami Eyes.
