Description This is a remake of my Theropod fakemon [link] . I made some changes to their designs and it just looks better overall.

Chompasaur (Chomp Dinosaur)
-Rock
-Chomp Pokemon
Chompasaur is a small pokemon from prehistoric times. Despite its small size, its jaws are very strong and it has pretty sharp teeth, giving it a nasty bite. They seem to like play fighting a lot.

Chompasaur evolves into Tyrocious at Level 35

Tyrocious (Tyrannosaurus Ferocious)
-Rock/Dragon
-Ferocious Pokemon
Tyrocious are huge and powerful pokemon. They were considered the top predators of their time. Their jaws are huge enough to swallow a man whole, and their jaws are considered among all pokemon as one of the strongest, as they are strong enough to crush steel. A Tyrocious' roar is strong and loud enough to send people flying, and its immense size causes the ground to tremble before them. Some unknown event caused this reigning predator to go extinct millions of years ago.

So these guys are obviously based off of carnivorous dinosaurs, mainly the T-rex but not entirely, Tyrocious has 3 claws when it should be 2.

I designed them to be simple looking dinosaurs since well Aerodactyl is a simple grey and purple colored pteradactyl so I thought this looks good enough. Official Pokemon not having a fossil pokemon based off of the T-REX or any theropod dinosaur is also why I decided to do this long ago. An Ammonite and a horseshoe crab aren't the first things that come to mind when prehistoric fossils are mentioned lol

Anyways, I hope you like it, please comment.

Kabuto is not a horseshoe crab. It's one of those really ancient bug thingys. Ahhh..... what were they called? TRILOBITES!!!! Ooooh. Looked it up and found they were kinda based on horseshoe crabs as well.... BUT TRILOBITES ARE THE ONES WHO ARE EXTINCT AND PREHISTORIC!!! Also trilobites were one of the first creatures to come out of the ocean to land. So.... more ancient. Sorry I'm kinda a prehistory nerd. Say, "What's your favourite prehistoric creature" AND I'd spend 15 minutes saying how I can't decide. And if someone said pterosaurs or plesiosaurs were dinosaurs I'd FLIP OUT! Great design though. And I loved those movies!!!

I love it, but they look too much like ordinary dinosaurs. Just some critique.

i find the hunched-over style looks better than the up-right.

and you're right... the first thing to come to mind with "prehistoric" are compys [link] and ankylosaurs...

The hunched style hid his belly area and I find the upright position, though unrealistic, is more imposing as a ferocious dinosaur.

But thanks for the criticism.
