Β After failing to create my last pixel animation correctly, I wanted to try again. This is 43 frames. I did the rough animation in Toon Boom and them imported the file into Photoshop to be re-drawn and colored. I had a lot of fun with this one and have to credit people who attempt frame by frame animation in Photoshop with serious patience, since it is not designed for animation. I'm beginning to understand why Adobe does not push this feature as much.Related content

I just wanna ask, how did you manage to make its file size small? (Sometimes when I tries to make a gif it ended up too big that I have to upload a preview ;w

The file size is small because it's a limited color palette at a relatively low resolution.Β The preview image is actually a down scaled version of the original.

No problem. I used Toon Boom for the animation and then brought the frames into Photoshop to be finished.

Brilliant work buddy. Β I love how every animal element ties in with each other. Β Not long ago I was watching an online dungeons and dragons inspired roll playing game. Β In it they had a manticore. Β This handsome fellow would have fit in nicely
