i think in this animation her eyes and cheekbones change a bit too drastically for her thin eyes and model-shaped face like it was in the cartoon, but props to making this on your own, it's really something to marvel at that you put this together

I believe I understand what you're saying, that it is slightly off model. I looked at how several animators drew her in the film and saw that Glen Keane drew her in the most realistic way, so I tried to emulate his style. Thank you for your feedback.

I use Toon Boom for the animation. I plan to put up a version of the Death Dealer animation in a few days that shows the progression from beginning to final clean version.
