New owners may make alterations to the designs, and you may resell but NOT for more than you paid.

Hehe yeah its like a switch gets flipped! When I was in America I bought some melatonin though which helps a whole lot when I can't sleep haha. You can only get it on prescription over here which is strange because its totally natural

The only ingredient in it is melatonin haha, its a hormone that makes you drowsy, your brain makes it when its dark

Absolutely. There hasn't been any recorded cases if melatonin overdose, since your body produces it anyway. Too much may confuse your body and stop frequent production for a while but that's all. I personally only take 3mg Max as and when I need it, which is very rarely because I sleep like s log haha. But you can buy it in concentrate up to 15mg I think, which would feel so weird!

Yeah so it's basically a natural ingredient so it can't be that bad. Is it basically like a sleeping tablet that makes you feel tired? I have never taken anything to help me sleep because my mum wouldn't be happy with me anything so I have no idea what they would feel like.

Its just a hormone that makes you drowsy, it makes you relax really like releases muscle tension and stuff. If your mind is active theb melatonin won't help haha. A lot of people take it for IBS because it helps relax the problematic muscles
