In the events in season 5 of Ninjago, instead of Cole turning into a ghost, what if it was Jay who became a ghost....?

When the ninja obtain the airjitzu scroll from Yang's haunted temple and quickly escape before they turn into ghosts, Jay noticed that they dropped the scroll and goes back for it instead of Cole, which results in him not making it out in time and turns into a ghost.

Later when the ninja train and try to master airjitzu, Jay would be in his room feeling dead inside, Nya probably might feel sorry for herself and try to help Jay feel better and might even try getting back together, but Jay wouldn't care since in his mind it's too late.

When the ninja head to the blind man's eye to get to the cloud kingdom realm, Jay discovers his new ghost abilities, being able to possess objects and go though walls.

And when they get to the tomb of the first spinjitzu master, and head to the ice maze, he would see his reflection, he would be confused as how he returned back in a human, and also sees that he ends up with Nya.

In events of season 6, Jay would train with Wu and gain the ability to disappear, but is still concerned about his future and if any of it is real.
Nya would be upset and being called the girl ninja, Nadakhan would be unleashed and frame the ninja, Kai and Zane would be taken by Nadakhan and everyone else would be mad at Jay until he gets captured, and when Nya dies and Jay makes his final wish the undo the events of season 6.

Day of the departed would play out differently, Jay would have a new power of some sort (similar to Cole's earth punch), Cole would have to fight against Samukai, but this would bring relief to Jay in knowing how he returned back into a human.
