Edit: Ok,since some of you are saying its too much like SSJ 3 there is a reason for this.I did not want to go over the top with a completely new appearance because thats pointless.in DBZ the most radical change was from SSJ 2 to SSJ3,where the hair grew longer/the eyebrows disappeared.Re-changing SSJ 4 to be a completely unique transformation would be completely against the thing im trying to do (What SSJ4 did in GT)
Things that are different for TRUE SSJ4:Goku's fringe is alot bigger and sticks out more,He has the obvious hair in the front which covers his chest,and his pupils are more dilated to correspond to the black of the SSJ 3,instead of the big green filled eye with Black pupil.The huge change in his appearance is the thing you cant see,his aura.He has plasma instead of lightning and his aura is spherical and not the usual erratic aura we are used to see.
Last thing:When you look at this transformation,dont look at it and immediately say it looks like SSJ3,that is the intention.I dont want to make a whole new transformation because its to far fetched as the story goes.Think of SSJ3 as the base of SSJ 4,Just like SSJ1 is the Base of SSJ2.This is what I am trying to put out.To create a whole new transformation would be against what I want to do and its exactly what all other fan mangas have done (with SSJ5-6 ect) THIS transformation is in check with the first 3 forms.
Final thought: The changes in appearance I want people to see are maybe tweaks with the eyes/hair/maybe a slight facial change.But I want you to recognize that this IS just 1 up from SSJ3 and not some complete new transformation.So the length of the hair and the no eyebrows will stay firmly on his body
This is Goku forced to raise his power level without his tail,here he has achieved TRUE SSJ 4. This is conceptual and only put for your input and opinions (things I should change/leave) The final product will be a PNG with background I'm hoping.
Aura: His lightning has changed and is now a more intense Plasma instead which is attracted to its surroundings (that of a plasma ball) and his Aura is no more erratic and pointed but spherical and swirling but also pulses slightly
