This is not exactly what I intended but its pretty much the limits of what I can draw...Maybe in the future when I learn more I can do something which is more true to what I want it to look like
As you can see my backgrounds are still crummy also but getting slowly better.I left my attempt to do a PNG I find I just dont have the time I use to when I started this Dev page
especially when I want to produce frequentlyEDIT: I've removed the original Aura and replaced it with a spherical spinning aura which pulsates.It looks calmer but its alot more powerful and it also pulsates inwards and outwards.And instead of lightning I've put Plasma.I hope I represented it well.

This is awesome but I wouldn't suggest this to be a SSJ4 form. But I do at the same time;
WHY IT SHOULD BE SSJ4:
-SSJ1/SSJ2 has really minor differences - so SSJ3/SSJ4 should be very similar too. It follows the pattern.
WHY IT SHOULDN'T BE SSJ4:
- Although it is awesome, maybe it could be SSJ3 3.5 or probably Ascended Super Saiyan 3 - like Super Vegeta/Trunks.
- It looks it doesn't give a big bost

I've never really been into the .5 or ascended stuff to be honest.Like I state in the description.The most notable change is in the aura,not the actual transformation.Creating something completely different is just doing what everybody else is doing.I wanted something that was similar yet different

Without a tail I assume it would be a lot harder to transform into aSSJ4.

I've just added the original image to the description which describes why it looks like SSJ3,its pretty simple.I didnt want to go with a pointless new look

Simply because I understand how similar this looks to SSJ3,the only noticeable difference I could make was in the aura.Also spherical shows a sign of superb strength.instead of his energy spitting uncontrollably around his body,because its the final SSJ form it kind of orbits his body and is attracted to him and his strength.But True SSj4 s only slightly stronger than the SSJ4 we all know.This form is only attained if Goku loses his tail somehow.But if you know the Dragonball TT guidelines with Hitozaru,Then you can see that Hitozaru form can also achieve SSJ4.All the Super Hitozaru forms are all theoretical anyway,I'm not sure how many I will introduce into the series
