Description
Hidden in the various laboratories in the surviving cloud cities, or researching on the decks of the Thunderheads, the Enclave Scientists have for the past two hundred years labored to maintain and improve their technology to preserve their dwindling position and to keep on top in weapons technology.They are also found on scouting missions to the ground, encased in containment suits to protect them against any environmental hazard in the radioactive wastelands and equipped with devices to monitor and scan their surroundings. Although, unarmed, their suits are padded to help provide protection against a possible attack to make it out alive.
This is the fifth and final of the Enclave unit series.

If following natural flight mechanics, he wouldn't be able to fly at all. Which makes the suit appendages both entirely obsolete, and likely uncomfortable.

u gotta think about the fact that part of the pegasi magic is flight though, the ghoul pegasi should not be able to fly because they dont have feathers but they still can.

It is exactly what I had in mind when I was making this. A pegasus' wings do not sustain them through flapping alone (unless they were as fast as a hummingbird) so magic obviously is involved. Along with magic boosting tech from the Enclave, the scientists are capable of flight.

This Enclave series has been really awesome, some of my favorite things to pop up from Fallout and Fallout: Equestria in a long time. Can't wait to see whatever else you put you.
