Some more Space ‘Babe’ Older Dexter
He’s… definitely grown into a rather nice figure. Though it’s not really helping that he’s had to suffer a wardrobe malfunction thanks to his quick-change device leading to his current state of dress while far from a suitable place to deal with it.

It's a 'minor inconvenience' to him in dealing with the issue of the quick-change device. The main ordeal is his figure-tastic body, which even though it can be embarrassing at times, it was something he grew into, and trying to reverse the issue could lead to even worse possibilities.
As an adult, he still has a huge ego, and knowing he looks good -- despite looking good in the wrong direction -- is something that feeds his ego~
