so my friend asked me to make her a tutorial on how i edit my pics so i decided to post it on here as well ^-^its my first tutorial so sorry if it sucks lol
im using photoshop cs4 but you can also use cs3 or 2. sorry but paint shop will not work for this.

duplicate background layer
set it too soft light 49%
layer-new fill layer-solid color
#e0f782 set it to darken 100%
layer-new layer adjustment-selective color
red
-100.23.100.0
cyan

black
19.0.0.-10
layer merge visible
layer-new fill color-solid color
#07f8ef set it to lighten 28%
duplicate background layer set it to soft light 75%
layer-new adjustment layer-hue and saturation

merge visible and wah lah
TIPS
.you can tweak change the order or add more layers to create your own editing style
because what may look good on some photos may not look as good on others
.save your file as png keeps the quality nice
