I'm working on a character who's supposed to be similar to Puck, so I figured I get some reference together to get the style right, so with this ref I figured that I'd share it with others who might want to draw puck, since he's kinda a mysterious character who has little reference. Personally I think he's a fabulous character, and I mean 'fabulous' Just look at the image I put the text in, come on!Puck is owned by Disney

Puck is such a cartoony character, he pulls those kinds of faces that wouldn't look out of place in a looney tunes episode, it's kind of ironic really

That's a cool selection of Puck's expressions, I liked Puck in the mirror episode he's so funny and I love the way he rhymes his spells

Yeah no problem I was making it up for myself, but figured other people might find it handy, since Puck is a bit obscure in terms of appearances in the show, and I also found it very interesting how different he looks from picture to picture, I imagine that was due to going though the hands of many artists as would be common in hand-drawn animation. I should put this in the description but I also made a magic reference for puck since he has a very interesting way of doing magic, and again just about 0 reference out there. [link]

Yes, most Disney characters have poor reference materials from the original creators and often are not drawn consistently. You almost have to just watch it all repeatedly and get an overall sense of what each feature is supposed to look like and then make sure it makes sense with whatever still frames seem consistent enough... I did see the other one... I love the smile with the glowing eyes... it's like he has the words "gleeful mischief" written across him ^^ He reminds me of a cat, really, I have always admired cats for being such a slave to their own whims... I think everyone could benefit a little by being more like that from time to time.

That's actually a fantastic bit of reference because you really ran the gamit with gesture and facial expressions.

That was the idea, I do hope I've covered almost all his fantastic expressions, mostly you see him as happy and upbeat but he has flashes of angry which only last about a second.
