Oh gawd I don't know how to use Corel Painter. DDDDX Trying out the brushes... excuse me while my art goes through a 2 year old's doodles phase again as I work this thing out. ...I liked how the drawing itself turned out though.Speed paint for #DA-Speedpaint because it's been a while.

First saw this and thought of "George of the Jungle" hehe. As every one keeps telling me. Practice, practice, and practice some more! Much as i hate being told that i know its true Heard corel is better for drawing/painting than photo shop cus its easier to elarn yet can set up brushes better than in photoshop. Any truth in it? :d

I.. to be honest I have absolutely no idea how Corel works and after doodling around for about 2 hours I still don't know how to change brush settings... It's a fantastic program though, it's almost like using traditional media and you can mix colors and use all sorts of fun brushes and media (like charcoal, pencil, acrylics) buuut I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the settings on each brush type to respond to my pen pressure. Which is primarily why this coloring came out so horrible. D: I'll keep messing around with it.. I do love the pencil tool. : D And it seems like this would be easier to use for lineart, too..

Ah, well seems to be working for you for the most part Had an older version of corel a while back that came with a bamboo tablet i got and it was fun with the color mixing ability. Think the brush tweaking settings are in corel draw dunno bout painter. Yea pen pressure seems to be something im having a problem with in photoshop and my intuos 4 for some reason. Jumps between realy thin line to thick lines with very little pressure change
tryed tweaking tablet settings and havent had n luck with it sadly. May have to hunter for tut if anyone else has had the problem. Im liking photoshop for line art just cus i can grp layers into sections/portions of the body. Need to creating a big canvas in photoshop and spend some time tweaking brush settings and im just to lazy XD seems to be getting the better of me the past couple of days >_<

Huh,that's weird. That happens sometimes, the pen will kind of.. stick and draw a thick line across my drawing lol. Thank goodness for undo. I hope you figure it out!
