Adrian Kharn. A spec-opps agent who is ex S.A.S got infected by a monster who was once a mad sientist bent on making the perfect hunting machine mixing the attributes of spiders, reptiles and octopus.
After being cured of the life threatening part of the infection by having a scientist extract antivirus from the monsters corpse, he was left with very beneficial side effects and some especially deadly ones.
The two most apparent ones is that he lets out a very bright neon green glow from his eyes and the tips of his extremitie, allowing his to actually see at night to a degree in almost pitch blackness so the spec-opps tech division took advantage of this as it could power not just his suit that bolsters his abilities, but his extremely high power googles letting him see full colour in the pitch black.
The other, more deadly side effect is that he has developed a very potent venom similar to the Sydney funnel-web spider. whilst it would affect him in anyway, if injected into the targets bloodstream it would kill them within minuets. so the suite utilises this with the blades on his elbow connected directly to the venom ducts found around his body,
He always carries:
anti venom, silenced 9mm semi auto pistol and extended mags.
