Well... everything I do regarding Tolkien have tons and tons of influences of John Howe and Alan Lee, and the  aesthetic look of the art design of the Peter Jackson's movies, because I love them so much. So yeah, this things will remind you of all that XD

It was a very early unused concept of the witch king with a very similar mask-like helmet design. It's really strikingly close, though I much prefer your drawing. I can't find it using google images, though I did find this :24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lje… :

Hahahaha, I've seen it. 
But I think I didn't seen that concept art of the Witch King ¿it's only on the book or it appears on the extras of the extended DVD edition?

I honestly can't say it's on the DVDs, I know I've seen it in the book. I do own the book that it's in, so maybe I can scan it and put it up on DA for awhile.
