The commercial someone linked on Derpibooru was just a comedy skit by Comedy Central, parodying the real commercial. From what I could gather, the real commercial contains nothing but the phrase "You are my present this year", but does not actually contain any incestual relationship. That line is ambigious at best and of course some people will read all sorts of lewd things into it. But the actual meaning is just a sister being happy about seeing her brother on the holidays.
I doubt that any company would be so daring to openly acknowledge incestual relationships in their commercials.
