What episode are you talking about in the description? In other news those two ponies died horribly. When questioned about it Celestia said 'I am surprised at how much nicer Luna has become after spending time with Twilight and Fluttershy.' The trial concluded with Luna being found not guilty by reason of defending the castle. Apparently the two were conspiring to steal the moon.

Honestly, I fucking hate this film. The entire theme is that you have no say or control over your life and if the powers that be decide your purpose is to suffer so others can be happy than you'd better learn to accept it. Also, if you look at all the story elements, the entire movie is nothing more than a glorification of 1950's baby boomer social elitism.

First of all it was made because Capra wanted to counter what he considered to be an increase in atheism. So the whole film is the director beating the audience over the head with his own ideological mallet. Second, Pottersville being depicted as a den of vice and sin is a reflection of the idea of the time that if you didn't live in small town America, were non protestant, or god forbid even multicultural then you were not only Un-American but automatically a bad person. Third, Donna Reed turning into a spinster just because George was never born to marry her. From what I researched, they had to apply three bottles of foundation just to make her look believable. Never mind the fact that she was the most popular girl at their high school who every guy wanted to date but apparently; in an act of sexism that's usually only seen today in Tyler Perry films; as a woman her only value was to marry her designated soul mate and bear his children. Without him, she has no value as an individual.
So there you have it. It's a Wonderful Life SUCKS!!
