I built this Optimus last weekend, it was so exciting using a photoreference for LEGO, never tried it before. The nose of the cab is a little longer than the actual one, and I change some details to make it a little more 'cartoon-like', but it's at least 80-90% real Peterbilt accurate. The hood opens up to see the engine, and the steering wheel on the roof steers the front tires. Oh man, never made a close-to-real LEGO thing before...so cool.Original Optimus toy is for showing scale.

Mostly done in one loooong night, like 9:00 to 2 in the morning. Then I added the rear tire guards and trailer hitch later.
