"Wait! Don't!" But he stops when she closes the dresser drawer, causing him to fall face forward from the sudden shifting "floor" beneath him. He does manage to fall on his knees and hands, but now he finds himself in the dark! He panicks and rubs straight for the front of the drawer only to collide into the wooden wall. Falling on his butt, he rubs his face and tears formed in his eyes from the sting. He recovers and pounds on the inside of the drawer with his tiny fists.

His desperate cry and pounding fists fell on deaf ears as the young woman dressed herself in a blue work top and some khaki's that bore a slight stain at the hip from some spilled liquor the night before. It wasn't much of a uniform, but Sports bars tend not to be fussy about style. She had been surprised to find out they even had one when she had first begun working there a few months ago. Not that she minded at all. She did not have many clothes of her own to wear to work and the work shirt was comfortable enough.

Fully dressed and carrying all the essentials the girl opened the door to leave, stealing one more glance back at the wardrobe to make sure the tiny person had not miraculously opened it somehow. After that, she was out the door, returning only after noon had passed.

Olivia saw the small person. Still half-asleep, she groaned and said, "Kate, it's Saturday. Go back to bed." If she was more awake, she'd realize it was Tuesday. As it stood, she simply rolled back over to try and sleep some more.

(Do you want the tiny to be male or female?)

The tiny three-inch being on her desk just stares at what looks like a giantess to the tiny in confusion. Did she just think I was someone else? How could she confuse me for another human? The tiny doesn't pass up his/her luck though and runs for the edge of the desk where the grappling hook that the tiny used to get up onto the desk is.

(um... *flips a coin* ...male)

Olivia didn't go back to sleep, even though she wanted too; a subconscious part of her mind knew it was a school day and kept her awake, even though her conscious mind had yet to make that connection. Her eyes were still heavy with sleep, though.

Something was off, and she knew it, but she was just tired. She heard the scuffling of something against the wall. What was wrong?

Kate doesn't sleep on the desk anymore.

Olivia's eyes opened, and she sat upright and looked at the desk, scanning it for anything strange. Finally, she spotted a fishing hook of some sort on the edge of the desk, next to the wall. She grabbed it, keeping her fingers away from the tips, and lifted it curiously, wanting to get a better look. It felt like something was tied to the other end of the wire, though.

There is in dead something on the rope attached to the fishing hook, but he's not tied to it. The tiny deemed that it was more important to try and climb down the rope as fast as he can, because what's the point of safety if it gets you captured by a human only to be killed. The tiny rappelled down the grappling hook as fast as he can, by jumping down the desk leg and sliding down the rope. His hands were burning from the yarn which was thick enough to be rope to him, but he needed to escape.

He's about halfway down when he looks up and sees a giant hand coming from the bed. Oh no! Oh shit. crap-crap-crap! he thinks as he tries to slide down faster. But then he sees the giant fingers pinch the hook and lift it away. The tiny holds on tight as the yarn swings about, cause his body to collide with the wooden leg of the desk at one point during the swing. He thinks about jumping down, but he's two far up. He would break his legs from the fall and that wouldn't do him any good.

He continues trying to climb down while the grappling hook is being lifted up. He can't climb down faster than the device is being raised up by the giant human. So, when he reaches the end of the rope, he's still to high to jump. I'm a goner, he soon realized.

*sorry. internet was down*

Olivia, far more curious about what was at the end of the string than fearful at the chance it was a dead or rabid animal, finally got the weight up over the top of the desk. She looked at what could only be described as a small person clinging for dear life to the end of the string.

After maybe three seconds of gawking, she lowered the person back onto the desk and put the fishing hook down. With a hurried step, she turned the bedroom light on, then darted back to the desk to look at the little... guy, she guessed.

Her expression was neither angry nor disgusted nor fearful, but in awe. And a bit of annoyance and...okay yes, a hint of anger. Not aimed at the boy, though, but it's not like he could know that.

The tiny guy can't believe how fast something so big could be. In all her movement, all he's manages to do is trip and fall onto his butt when he tries to back away, and scramble backwards like a crab. His back hits something large on the desk, blocking him from going anywhere else.

He takes out a thumbtack that's pinned through the side of his raggy pants. His entire wardrobe is brown, grey, dusty, and raggedy for that matter, as if all it needs is a good wind to rip it to shreds. He holds the thumbtack out in front of him like a knife, but his hands are very shaky. He's never been caught by a human before and never had to use his weapon on them before. He knows it's too little to do that much damage, even though it could kill a tiny, but maybe it could cause the human just enough pain to distract it so he can get away. He's afraid not only because his weapon against the giant human is almost useless, but because he knows what things humans do to tinies. His entire family was wiped out by a human, a teenage one for that matter. He was unfortunate to see how his family died while not being able to do a single thing about it. So, he knows what kinds of things could be in store for him.

"P-please, st-stay back, h-human! D-don't m-make me st-stab y-you!" he tries to yell and be as brave as he can, but he can't keep the quiver of fear out of his voice and can't help some of the cracks in his voice.

Trying to keep quiet, she whispered, "Keep it down. I'm not gonna hurt you." She noticed the clock to the side, then bit her lip. "Actually I gotta get ready for school. But... Darnit. School is more important. I'm never gonna focus today." She took a deep breath. "Look, I have to get dressed and everything, and I'm not changing around you. I have a friend in the lair-" She thumb-pointed over her shoulder to the opposite wall. "-who you can talk to and try and sort things out while I'm at school, alright?" She set her right hand down on the desk, palm up.

The the tiny guy stares at the giant palm before him, unsure whether he should climb onto it or not. "Lair? A friend? I'm unsure what you're talking about human. I'm not even entirely sure I should be trusting you, let alone another human."

The tiny three inch human is still stunned by the sudden shrill of the alarm clock which gave you ample time to cup your hand over her. Her fear overwhelms her so much that she doesn't hear your question. All she can think about are the things her parents always taught her about humans and other human-sized beings. Humans were capable of such brutal and terrible things when it come to catching tinies, but anthros are said to be even worse! She just can't do nothing and let this monster eat her! She can't go down without a fight. She takes out her knife which is just a thumbtack and she stabs it upwards into your leathery padded palm which is quite sensitive!

(When I think about what I reply to an RP and take the time to be descriptive, type out all the words in their entirety, and make sure to try and have right spellings and punctuations, and then someone replies back with short sentences, in text message typing, not caring to have right punctuations or sometimes any punctuations, it could sometimes feel like they don't care as much about the RP and are quickly typing out a reply as fast as they possibly can. You don't know how many times I'll reply with a paragraph or more long reply and the person reply back with: yeah or he nodded. Such things like this does give me the impression that a person is either lazier or doesn't care all that much about the RP, making me to most or all of the work.)
