Francine is a neko that lives in a world where nekos are the dominant species. Neera live in this world as well, but they are not treated as citizens. Nekos doesn't even few neera as people, only snacks, pets, toys, slaves, and sexual toys for nekos' pleasure. Though most of the neko world believes this, there are some nekos that feel neera are treated unfairly. There are groups of neko trying their best to pass laws that will make neera equals, but they are the minority in the government.

Francine is one of the few nekos that see neera as equals. Though she has never come across a neera yet, she would do anything to help them. So, she is a very gentle neko, because she believes that size doesn't determine if you're a person or not, it's you're sentience that makes people people.

But being a neko, she does have cat-like instincts. Were most of the cruel nekos enjoy hunting and playing with neera before devouring them, Francine doesn't do this. But her cat instincts have turned into something... different. Instead of craving to eat neera, she has become a little more than just fascinated with neera. It has developed into a sort of fetish with neera which include mouth play along with lots of other giantess fetishes. But of course, she would never subject neera to this, unless they wanted to and loved her.
