A stroke of luck!While traveling through a misty forest, Twilight stumbles upon what appears to be a well-trodden path. "Signs of pony life!" Twilight exclaimed. She was one step closer to finding her friends. One step closer to finding her home.
One step closer to ending the torment of being alone.
I spent time on this picture learning how other (much more professional) artists do their shading. After watching some tutorials, it became abundantly clear how much extra time these artists put into shading.
I simply don't have that time to use on my pictures, so I attempted some simpler shading on Twilight. The end result turned out better than I expected, and I hope I can pull off more shading like this in the future.

Glad you liked my small attempt at story-telling. I'm not well-versed in it, but it was fun to try.
I'd love more views too, but it all comes down to what people want to see, and how well I can advertise my pictures. Putting my pictures in groups helps a ton, but depending on the picture, it can go really far, or not far at all.

One question Twilight needs to anser: left or right?. Choosing the wrong way and she will be even more lost than she is. And I would think that by this point her friends and the princess are all looking for her.

Heh, I always considered making a full fanfiction piece on this, but have never had the time or the willpower to do so. I guess you can use my picture if you'd like. I'm curious how the story will unfold in your perspective.
