Description
My tribute to one of the greatest horror films ever made, John Carpenter's 1982 version of "The Thing".This is easily Carpenter's best film. All the elements - the writing, direction, acting, special effects, and music work together perfectly. It's got the fear of isolation AND paranoia, and some of the most brilliantly insane horror sequences ever put on film - thanks to Rob Bottin who, like Carpenter, was also doing the best work of his whloe career here. A perfect movie by any standard.

meh the blood scene test was kinda funny and abit un orthadox in the sitting perspective they were all screamign eat me eat me not literally but the way they were alerting the creature of them seemed abit strange

Horrific? I found that part during the blood test hilarious.
The things head is bursting open and the blood is spraying everywhere and tentacles and stuffs flailing all over the place, and its tied to a chair. xD And the guys next to it are tied to chairs too, and their all just screaming and looking and bouncing around in their chairs.
Although it was a horror, I couldn't stop laughing at that part, my sides hurted so bad. xD
