Another character update! This time for self-duplicating wannabe mastermind villain Legion!

Taking him in a bit of a different direction with a more obviously demonic appearance (inspired by various Kamen Rider characters and DMC Devil Trigger forms) to tie into the classical associations with his name, as well as into his new power source and background/motivation related to the Infernal Empress and a new demonic TW villain, Weezyl.

Otherwise, for the most part he's unchanged. He's more physical now and capable of fighting TW in hand-to-hand combat even without multiplying himself. He's much more "into" being a villain, constantly cackling and giggling and sounding like he's having a blast, a joke at everyone else's expense. There's a bit of BTAS Joker, Skeletor, and Frank Gorshin's Riddler in him personality-wise. His agility-based fighting style coupled with his joking also echoes Spider-Man a bit.

Another new aspect I'm looking forward to is REALLY stretching the "self-multiplication" powers. The notion I have is that Legion experiments with the energy and mechanics of how he creates his copies to develop new abilities, from energy blasts to teleportation to copying objects to cloning people to increasing his strength or size or elongation and much more. I even have an idea that his creating a "clone" of TW linked to his hive mind is what inspires Hera to create Thunder Slayer.

So yeah, lots of new and interesting, cool stuff going on with Legion now.
