I like the shading--you accentuated the downturn at the corner of his mouth and it changes the expression ever so subtly (in a good way!) In the lineart, he looked numb and broken--here you've made him anguished and grieving... tiny change/addition, very emotionally effective.

technically he didnt murder them, he just caused it in a way cause he let the kyuubi out of kushina.. he isnt the one who actually murdered them.. and when the kyuubi killed them he was no longer under obito's control.. the kyuubi freaked and tried to kill naruto, i think so he wont be sealed in him and minato and kushina protected him..
