Here's my attempt at making the ''Wicked'' Witch of the West.Her skin was made green by spray painting her with radiator paint and applying it gently onto the face with a cotton bud.
I sewn the dress myself using a tutorial and applied the lace over the top to make it more like the Act 2 dress.
I'm stuck on how to do the ruffled skirt as it is the first time I have ever attempted to make a costume for a doll. Can anyone help? Please?

This looks wonderful! Um...never made a doll dress before, but maybe try loosely folding some fabric around in a circle, so it's ruffled? Maybe? 
But, it looks great!
