Made in Blender 2,79 for practice and for my group
Freely use and enjoy!

Formats:
DAZ Studio with three Iray materials and many morphs to help you fit the hat properly
and also have variation in the hat shape 
I believe it fits on most hair, even the fluffy ones, but I haven't stretched it too much (on afro hair for example).

DAZ has many model shapes, so adjustments are always needed.
Also, since it gives you the opportunity to have 'shape keys' , then why not?
