Edit - also, respect for other vector artists who post huge resolution work. It's like saying 'come at me' with people who might look for flaws.

(And I did see a couple very [very] minor things - but this is, in terms of technique, very well done. Love it, especially if you vectored the background by hand too.)

Now that Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie are sirens, it is up to the Twilight Sparkle, along with the Dazzlings, Fluttershy, and Applejack to bring Sunset Shimmer back to the human world to perform a musical counter spell.
