Since this seems to be a complete role reversal, how about the elements of harmony be:

Starlight Glimmer - Generosity
Trixie - Laughter
Lightning Dust - Honesty
Derpy - Kindness (Because she's awesome)
Diamond Tiara - Loyalty
Obviously which element they represent can be moved around (these were done in 5 minutes :/ )

Sunset Shimmer is Magic, Aria Blaze is Laughter(Or should I say Gloom, ofr the way she is), Lightning Dust is Loyalty(Do I even have to say anything?), Sonata Dusk is Kindness(She was never nice to start things), Starlight Glimmer is Honesty(For the big liar that she is) and Suri Polomare is Generosity(As you can see by her ways).
