It's not much of a tutorial. This one was actualy hard to explain only cause I don't really go conpletely in that order.Anyways Hope it helps

Extra info for you:
For mouse users. Use the Opacity option as much as possible ( you may need to mess around with it till you can get it)
And Please Please don't think that this is the only way to do clouds. I'm still learning an I don't think that my clouds are near as good as I would like them to be.
But don't give up hope eaither. Like i stated in the tutorial. I think the best thing for self taught artist if to study every thing that is around you. Nature, building, people, they way people act, every thing ^^ an practice practice practice ( boy I used to hate those words
) that's the only way you get better.And the first time you try anything may not always turn out the way that you want it to. So don't give up an try it again.

Thank you so much for not just saying 'Now, select tool A, setting it these certain settings, and click this button. Now, with tool B (in the certain settings) draw your clouds. Not you can only do it with these tools and settings!!'. That irks me, as I use a program no-one's heard of on my iPad XD

Well I always believe that no matter the program you use you can still make it look awesome. you just have to play around with the tools you have to see what you can create with them. You don't need the best tools to create an awesome piece of work.^^

Clouds look all white and puffy "just like that" but they annoy me quite much because my clouds always looks... miserable XD Haha, but with this I can practice
