Alrighty XD I'm sure there are a ton of you out there that would love to do you're own animation for the Smooooch. Well here it isFree for use ^^
This is just the basic runing part. I didn't do the rest of the animation. ^^
If you use it I would looooove to see it XD

I did the animation in Adobe photoshop elements. You're best bet is to find a tutorial on how to animate it. I wish I could be of more help. This was actually one of my first times ever animating and I did it based off of how the big animations studios would do it.

okay I've made the gifs, now how do i make this into a video? How do I overlay them onto a background and add music?

They way I would do it is I would already have them animated on with the background behind them. Then take the gif and put it into a video maker and add music to it. I don't really do animation videos so I don't know the best way of doing this but that's what I would do

I wish I could use this but I don't think I have any program to show me each frame to draw

I did the frames in Photoshop. And when you save it you save it as an animated Gif.

you should be able to just open the gif file in photoshop and it will show all of the layers (if it's animated) And if you're just doing a pixle art picture then you use the pencil tool and make sure you set your erase tool to the box form ( not the normal brush )
