Description Polo-pony and his rider having a discussion about which way they should gallop.

I really don't know anything about Polo or the tack/attire/equiptment/seat/ANYTHING. Lol, so just bare with me.
I little 30min sketch while having nothing to do in my painting class, I like the expression on the ponies face (lol, tongue...)

There is so much movement in this - it's wonderful! When I looked at the thumbnail, I first thought it was an ink drawing, but it works very well with the fluid motion of the pencil strokes you've used, (although an inking might turn out quite impressive!?). The slight off centre-ness is a nice touch, also, making it more dynamic than it already is.

I apologise for not getting back to you sooner; I only check up on this account usually once a week or so!

Thanks so much! I really enjoyed working on this sketch, it was very loose and free. Didn't really have anything in mind when I started working on it and it just kind-of transformed from there. Those always turn out to be my best.
I thought about maybe inking this, but one; I don't have any pens, and two; it's an extremely messy sketch! I don't know if I could clean it up enough to produce an ink drawing! Haha!
I like things off center, especially with horses - they aren't perfect; they shouldn't be perfectly centered within the frame.

Great movement in this, I love the rider turning back! The lines and shapes look like they were done with ease and confidence. Great sketch!

I don't think any lack of knowledge takes away much from this piece...it's so dynamic and there's so much emotion that I didn't think of looking for errors until you mentioned it.

Great sketch! It's got a bit of a cartoon scene feel to it...

Pony: This way!
Rider: No! This way!
Pony: Why!?
Rider: I said so!
Pony: ..... *sticks out tongue and runs other way*
