lol some interesting comments there. i think its a good shot, indifferent of comparisons. and it iS your style, and a very successful formula. but i might say that its a common kind of shot. thats just my humle opinion tho, and what do i know.

Not bad, but you've done much better before. Not very original; tipical natural framing. Colors are shifted to much, and the floor reflection is too strong.
I still like it because of the left side reflection.

Hmmm... I really don't agree with *myheadphones This is an entrancing perspective on an otherwise boring scenario. There is an interesting sense of perspective, an idea of framing a scene, the idea of something beyond the tangible. The lighting certainly adds to the ambiguity and serves to detach itself from ordinary connotations, creating a very odd mood. Personally, this image reminds me of the film "Subway" - maybe that is because of the fluroescent lighting or the sense of geometry, perspective and a certain starkness and sterility. I think you've created a very interesting scene here, something that captures something very different. Sounds like someone's got a grudge... I've seen FAR worse photos.

This is a very expressive shot, though not the most compelling, in my opinion. However, given that I respond more to emotion than to photographic composition, I like this very much. Keep it up.

Well, this photograph is just as the title suggests...a hallway. Nothing more...just a hallway. A hallway with poor lighting and too many distracting elements as your previous of the same general theme. The reflection of the overhead flourescent lighting on the floor is EXTREMELY overpowering in this. You can't even look at the rest of this shot because of it. The reflections on the left and the hallway itself are too unbalanced. You try too look at the what I think was intended as the focal point; the end of the hallway. But, you are unable to do this because of the lockers on the left and again the reflection on the floor. You also have a distracting doorway with the metallic handle yet again distracting me and unbalancing things. The doorway blocks out too much in this shot. Now that the technical aspects have been covered. Now, for the emotions here. I feel nothing from this photograph. I actually didn't even look at it until * myheadphones told me too. There was nothing interesting about the shot. I find nothing here except a hallway with too many distractions. How this is 'Out of Normal' I am unsure. It is about as normal a hallway as I have ever seen. A good idea again poorly executed.

Interpretation/Review: Class over 6 hours ago, as the floor is already done by the janator who attended this very school himself, when he was very young. The kind of light and image reminding you how it is to return home, or pay a visit to where you have been, as in human form or ghost to appreciate what others have given up, for you. Lights radiates in color of melody, and does give solitude to the space it shines upon.
Pros/Cons/Suggestions: Very nice capture, I've seen lots of good work done for 4x6, very impressive.
