thiis shows my escape route from my house, frm my room to the door. it gaurantees minimal or no contact between parents, annoying relatives, irritating pets or siblings. my first digital painting.::Summary::

I feel your pain about your need of a secluded area... I feel every inch of it. My parents drive me insane, putting too much pressure upon me and expecting me to become someone i'm not, and i have an irritating stepisister who thinks she's the princess of england... then there's the annoying cat that follows me around EVERYWHERE! i'll be so glad when i get my own apartment someday...

This is just amazing. I really love the shadowing in the second panel; it's very dramatic. And I love the dark-to-light transition. This so reminds me of my own home, my own escape route.

I'd have to agree with peeps that your description makes this piece. I too, really like that cenral panel, i think its the angle and shadow and sense of mystery (i.e. what is around the corner).

shadow from the banisters is brilliant. very intimidating. I don't think the blue in the bedroom is cold, just dark. I love the idea.
