Bug-Off In reply to ??? [2012-05-30 16:30:05 +0000 UTC]

I am glad you caught that, because I thought that was a little too subtle when I shrunk that panel down to fit on the page.

TBPow In reply to Bug-Off [2012-06-01 02:39:53 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, it was a little subtle at first, but once I saw the expression of pure horror on that llama's face, there was just no way I couldn't notice it.

It is the horror that unites us.

Sure, but it seems to me that the only real similarities they have are their tendency to break the fourth wall.

At least we can all laugh about it now.

konfuse In reply to Bug-Off [2012-03-29 14:14:06 +0000 UTC]

as long as Diago can shrug it off or laugh about it...

Bug-Off In reply to konfuse [2012-03-30 16:29:26 +0000 UTC]

Diago can shrug off an awful lot.

true... but they let them grow up!

Bug-Off In reply to The-Macattack [2012-03-31 05:46:45 +0000 UTC]

Diago was supposed to be the first prototype. They wanted to make sure the product was going to work right.

The-Macattack In reply to Bug-Off [2012-03-31 14:08:17 +0000 UTC]

which apparently it did... unfortunately for them but thankfully for us and the plot line

Yeah, on the one hand Diago had a brutal childhood, yet you still want to laugh at the attack llamas.

And here is a sample of said Origin story. Interesting to see baby Diago being tested on...and he's quite violent.

Bug-Off In reply to mja42x [2012-03-28 04:37:56 +0000 UTC]

Kids will be kids, yeah?
Stabbing the llama in the eye with his pacifier was supposed to be one of the big jokes in this strip, but I don't think people can see it well enough to get what it is.

Doodlebotbop [2011-10-12 17:31:12 +0000 UTC]

B'awww! I'm glad I started poking in your gallery 'cause I missed this little cute blood-spattered nugget!

How old is Diago in the present time?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bug-Off In reply to Doodlebotbop [2011-10-13 05:17:00 +0000 UTC]

They're precious childhood memories.

👍: 0 ⏩: 0

AngelCrusher [2011-03-23 00:45:59 +0000 UTC]

whoa, Diago's childhood is alot more f'd up than i would have imagined, the poor tyke. Good to see some llama death though...pretty sure with enough llama badges those armoured are a dA option.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bug-Off In reply to AngelCrusher [2011-03-23 02:49:44 +0000 UTC]

True, Diago might not have a "traditional" family like the Murphy's next door or the lesbian coven across the street, but they're a family none the less. A family that cares about all the same things any other family would, like growing and selling an army of monsters for a huge profit.

If dA doesn't sell this llama armor, they should.

Sukeile [2011-02-16 17:37:32 +0000 UTC]

Awww, poor Diago....well, poor Llama I suppose....but still.

That's life in a secret BioPet lab, for you.

Clocksworth [2011-02-06 21:35:01 +0000 UTC]

I found this funny and adorable until the end. I'm sure that adult Diago enjoys spanking session now, but I'm fairly sure that baby Diago doesn't.

How could you as the creator do such a thing!? T_T

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bug-Off In reply to Clocksworth [2011-02-06 22:19:12 +0000 UTC]

Because I can.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Clocksworth In reply to Bug-Off [2011-02-06 23:57:16 +0000 UTC]

I....I can't argue with that, even though I desperately want to.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bug-Off In reply to Clocksworth [2011-02-07 04:29:16 +0000 UTC]

It's just part of Diago's history.
It shows what Diago was built for and why he probably didn't like it there.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Clocksworth In reply to Bug-Off [2011-02-07 14:34:43 +0000 UTC]

I know. It makes sense and explains who he is, but I still like enough to the point where I don't like seeing him hurt. >_>

Feel sorry for the llamas?
Even though they attacked Diago with cattle prods?
