Description
This is the trial assembly for the top panel of the mud room bench project (see gallery.[link] ) This will sit above an angled back panel. Center tiles are classic talavera tiles from Mexico. Other pieces are small mosaic pieces of travertine from Turkey. Top piece on the panel is a rather unique piece that looks like a suspension component for an automobile. It has some interesting joinery at each end. All pieces pictured joined by mortise and tenon. Final assembly just around the corner!! Woohoo!
