Seijinchu: The Sage mouse Pokemon. It is believed to have existed back in ancient Pokemon times and was revered as legendary Mouse King. Sharing ties similar to that of Rat Kings, packs of Pichu, Pikachu and Raichu would choose a leader by crossing their tails when lightning strikes, and the Raichu struck by it would evolve into Seijinchu. Seijinchu are known to cause thunderstorms by themselves and have power greater than whole packs of electric Pokemon, rivaling even Pokemon like Raikou and Zapdos. However, no one knows what happened to cause the disappearance of this mysterious Pokemon to this day.
