This is an interesting take on the villain. I think you did a good job of giving him a ninja influenced feel, while still making sure to keep the character recognizable.

Hmm, Vulture-Tengu vs. Dead or Alive Tengu . . . that would be an awesome fight to see. Nice job here, and good touch staying with the classic green as opposed to his more recent black and red.
