Albino pokemon, part 3!
Finishing off the pikachu line with pichu, and adding another cute baby pokemon cos I got inspired. ^_^I figured for pokemon who were already white, maybe I could do a melanistic version?
I know it makes no sense but I imagine they can glow their markings. (& regular togekiss too) Imagine them soothing thier babies to sleep with lil bioluminescence lullabies!
