my first full fledge tutorial. but its massive! and a bit to technical X.X
TADAHHHHH! its done
Since , -chan, and asked me the other day, I decided to make a tutorial dedicated to this new found hobby of mine :3 meheeheh
I hope you guys understand it... i'm not sure at all if this be understood but i did my best to screeenshot every bit of process in doing it...
Unfortunately you need Photoshop cs3 or higher to do this T.T. mehhh so sorry dunno how to use other programs...

i think there's a way around gimp.
you can use coloring drawing technique that without tablet tho... to create the images... mehehe... i don't know...

i know that with gimp you just put every new frame on a new layer
and then save it as a gif-> animation and follow the steps in the screen XD
photoshop seems so complicated @__@
