Oscar the Grouch - from 'The Sesame Street' kid's TV show.I signed my initials inside the flowers he is holding.
He actually pops up when the lid is opened.

He lived up to his name because he refused to come out of his can - it took me awhile to figure out how to get him to pop up smoothly. However, I made him a few years ago and have since learned a few new tricks and techniques
