i'm sorry to be so harsh, but you've floored me many times over with your work.
cannot lay my finger on it... maybe the cropping... less sky...
the scenery is impressive as is, so maybe the vignetting isn't needed, or perhaps make it square...
i love the blue city against red sky with sun hidding behind clouds that could be mountains. has a sci-fi feel to it that i find very cool.
all in all, without top blue part of sky, less or no vignette, (and maybe squared) think it would be much stronger. if you want an even more sci-fi effect, then i would sharpen the city scene and make it slightly more metalic.

Thanks for the feedback! Vignette is an inherent part of all lenses when shooting wide open (in this case f/2.0) so it's not something I could avoid easily in this case. Square crop: maybe, but I'm really not a fan of the square crop. Anyway, your assessment is fair. Thanks!

As busy as this city looks in this picture I feel a lot of calmness. I feel its due to the sunsetting in the west. It calms my soul. Almost as I too had a really long day and all is well because it's time to settle down...let go the stresses of the day. Love the overpowering color of the sky. The pic is neutral in grays with blue tones to it but there is peace and hope found in the setting of the sun. It brings a reassurance that tomorrow will be a better day. I don't feel the stress or business of the city at all.
