I have a question I am wanting this so badly But I don't know were to put it in my file once i open it and when it downloads it is like paper looking not a file.

it shows up only as a .RAR file and cant be used

hi there .... try to search for RAINMETER on google .... its an application with lots of skin .... for desktop .... the search for My Documents/Rainmeter/Skins/ here is were i put my skins

an dont forget after you have copied the skin in the directory .... right click on raimeter from the taskbar ,,, & select REFRESH ALL to see the skin
