Description The Parasol (Mocrolepiota Procera) is a big and delicious mushroom. I found this one near Salzburg in Austria, it had a diameter of almost 40 cm. It was too big for my biggest pan so I had to cut it into two pieces.

Yea. They taste almost like beef and can be found easily due to their size.

What a stunning photo! When plants are left to grow undisturbed in nature, they'll grow to amazing proportions. How do you know which mushrooms are good to eat?

This is experience I guess. I just take mushies that can hardly be mixed up with others.
