Nos-4-a2 would be just over 300, but Two's age is kinda tricky. Over the 700 years in space, the EVE probes were only active for one week every five years, adding up to a total of roughly 3 years. They were kept in hibernation for the rest of the time. That means that she's existed physically for about 1,000 years, but mentally, she's just a little younger than Nos.
See, Fletcher was actually an accident. If things had gone as planned, Nos and Two wouldn't have had children until they'd been married for 50-100 years. Two became pregnant right after their 9th anniversary, so he's very close to their age by robot standards. He's considered a part of their same generation.

XD I understand, Fletcher sort of exists as all ages at once in my mind, but I so rarely talk about his children. Erick-achan deals more with the grandkids than I do -- she's actually responsible for designing Mel.
